Contact Mainstream to request an FTP upload or download sesson... we will send you a location link via email. Use the link to get to a directory page, and right-click your mouse. Log on with the user name and password in the email and you will see the directory. Either upload or download your files. Remember, this could take some time, depending on the size of the file. If you want to view a media file, it must be downloaded to your hard drive first; playing it on the directory will not work.
